摘 要:湿冷塔、空冷塔、空冷岛等大型电站空冷设备,进行三维建模仿真时对设计人员的要求较高,存在建模时间长、经验参数多、对网格质量依赖程度高等缺点。本文基于此,通过二次开发研制间接空冷仿真平台,采用Qt图形库进行仿真平台图形界面开发以满足Linux和Windows系统环境下跨平台运行的要求,实现数值模拟中间冷塔建模、设置、计算和后处理分析标准化和参数化,为今后间接空冷的设计和优化提供参考依据,具有重要的科研和工程应用价值。通过某1000 MW自然通风间接空冷塔的仿真计算,验证了所开发平台的简便性、适用性和准确性。For engineers,the work of establishing geometrical model and numerical model for cooling equipment such as wet cooling tower,dry cooling tower and air cooling condenser is very time-consuming.To simplify the complicated establishing model work,this present study proposed one reconstruction method for the numerical model of Natural Draft Dry Cooling System,based on CFD platform.To provide the operating environment of cross-platform between Linux and Windows,Qt OpenGL is used to develop a graphical interface of the simulation platform.The simulation platform can realize the standardization and parameterization of geometrical model,simulating,setting,calculation,and post-processing analyses for the Natural Draft Dry Cooling Tower(NDDCT)with customized structure.The platform also provides an efficient method for the optimum design of the NDDCT,which is very significant for the design optimization and running optimization.
