通苏嘉甬铁路跨杭州湾大桥公铁合建必要性及可行性研究

摘　　要：新建南通—苏州—嘉兴—宁波高速铁路工程,简称通苏嘉甬铁路,选择浙江嘉兴至宁波慈溪的嘉甬通道以桥梁形式跨越杭州湾。从节约稀缺的跨湾通道资源和提高桥梁结构刚度等方面来看,公铁合建是可能选项。结合国内外跨海工程建设经验和杭州湾两岸的区域经济社会、综合交通路网的发展现状及规划布局,从既有跨湾公路通道的运行能力和服务水平,新建跨湾公路通道的规划符合性、两岸路网衔接接线条件、交通量需求、功能定位、社会效益、建设时机、公路与铁路合建的线路走向和桥梁建设方案及其财务评价等方面,详细阐述公铁合建的必要性和可行性,最终选择单建铁路桥梁方案。研究结论为通苏嘉甬铁路项目建设提供理论依据和技术支撑。The proposed Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo high speed railway project is simply called Tong-Su-Jia-Yong Railway.The Jiayong Channel from Jiaxing,Zhejiang to Cixi,Ningbo is selected to cross Hangzhou Bay by a bridge.From the aspects of saving the scarce channel resources and improving the structural stiffness of the bridge,joint construction of highway and railway is a possible option.Combined with the experiences of cross sea engineering at home and abroad,the development status and planning layout of regional economic,social and comprehensive transportation network on both sides of Hangzhou Bay,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the joint construction from the aspects of operation capacity and service level of the existing cross-bay highway channel,planning compliance of the new cross-bay highway channel,connection conditions of the road network,traffic demand,function orientation,social benefit,construction opportunity,route alignment of the joint construction,bridge construction scheme and its financial evaluation,etc.Finally,the single railway bridge scheme is selected.The research results may provide theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo Railway Project.
