摘 要:为探究纳米ZnO对SBR改性沥青混合料性能的影响,首先制备纳米ZnO剂量为2%、3%、4%、5%、6%的纳米ZnO/SBR改性沥青,通过比较SBR改性沥青和上述5种纳米ZnO/SBR改性沥青的针入度、延度和软化点,优选出性能最佳的纳米ZnO/SBR改性沥青;其次,对优选的纳米ZnO/SBR改性沥青混合料和SBR改性沥青混合料进行室内性能试验。试验结果表明:综合考虑沥青技术性质及经济性,最佳的纳米ZnO掺量为4%;添加纳米ZnO后,SBR改性沥青混合料的动稳定度值增加了34%,纳米ZnO可以大幅度改善SBR改性沥青混合料的抗车辙能力;相较于SBR改性沥青混合料,纳米ZnO/SBR改性沥青混合料的水稳定性和抗疲劳性能也有一定改善效果,低温性能虽稍有下降,但仍远远满足规范要求。结论是利用纳米ZnO扩大SBR改性沥青的应用范围是可行的。In order to investigate the influence of nano-ZnO on the performance of SBR modified asphalt mixture,the nano-ZnO/SBR modified asphalt by the proportion of 2%,3%,4%,5%and 6%were prepared.Firstly,by comparing the penetration,ductility and softening point of the SBR modified asphalt and the mentioned five nano-ZnO/SBR modified asphalt,the nano-ZnO/SBR modified asphalt with the best property was selected.Secondly,the pavement performance of selected nano-ZnO/SBR modified asphalt mixture and SBR modified asphalt mixture were studied.The results show that the optimum content of nano-ZnO is 4%,considering technical performance and economy.The dynamic stability of nano-ZnO/SBR modified asphalt mixture is 34%higher than that of SBR modified asphalt mixture after adding nano-ZnO,indicating that nano-ZnO can significantly improve the rutting resistance of SBR modified asphalt mixture.Compared with SBR modified asphalt mixture,the water stability and fatigue resistance performance of nano-ZnO/SBR modified asphalt mixture improve to a certain extent,while the low temperature performance decreases slightly,but still meets the specification requirement.Therefore,it is feasible to enlarge the application range of SBR modified asphalt using nano-ZnO.
