摘  要:针对粗集料针片状颗粒含量检测方法普遍存在检测效率低、无法快速对其进行评价的问题,采用逆光拍摄粗集料颗粒图像的方法通过数字图像处理技术,对集料颗粒的正面图像和侧面图像进行采集,并采用最小外接椭圆法提取图像中集料颗粒的轮廓,分别对针状颗粒和片状颗粒进行评价,结合两者评价标准得出针片状颗粒含量评价指标;通过对粗集料颗粒针片状含量进行实测分析,并与现行规范方法实测结果进行相关性分析。结果表明:1)基于数字图像技术的集料颗粒针片状含量评价指标,能较好地评价粗集料针片状含量;2)对比不同分档集料针片状颗粒含量实测结果,随着集料颗粒粒径的减小,图像法识别准确性降低,表明该方法对较大粒径集料颗粒针片状含量评价具有较好的适用性;3)9.5 mm以上的粗集料针片状评价相关系数能达到0.9以上,而9.5 mm以下相关系数在0.9以下,可靠性相对较低。In view of the problem that coarse aggregate needle flake particle content detection method is generally low in detection efficiency,unable to quickly evaluate the needle flake content of aggregate particles.the front image and side image of aggregate particles are collected in this paper,through digital image processing technology,using the method of backlight shooting coarse aggregate particle image.By means of minimum external ellipsoid method,the outline of aggregate particles is extracted from the image.The needle particles and flake particles are evaluated respectively,and the evaluation index of needle particles content is obrained by combining the two evaluation standards.Through the actual measurement and analysis of the needle particles content of coarse aggregate,and compared with the actual measurement of the current standard method,the results show that the needle particles content evaluation method based on digital image technology proposed in this paper can make a good evaluation on coarse aggregate needle particles content.Compared with the measured results of different groups of aggregates,the accuracy of image recognition decreases with the decrease of aggregate particle size.This method has good applicability for the evaluation on the content of coarse aggregate particle size.Correlated evaluation coefficient of aggregate needle particle greater than 9.5 mm can reach above 0.9,while the one of aggregate needle particle lower than 9.5 mm is small than 0.9,which is a low reliability.
