摘 要:针对钢箱刚架系杆拱桥拱脚钢混结合段受力复杂的难题,应用新型的预应力钢箱混凝土作为拱脚的钢混凝土连接构造,综合利用钢箱内灌混凝土、预应力钢束、剪力钉和开孔钢板、承压钢板等进行合理搭配设计,并采用有限元计算方法对该新型构造进行仿真分析。计算表明:该构造设计可明显改善和缓和拱脚的应力集中,达到拱脚刚度顺适过渡、受力协调均匀的目的,施加的预应力可使钢箱拱拱脚和拱座处于良好的结合状态。该研究成果为类似工程设计提供了一定的理论基础,可供参考。Focused on the difficulties of the complicated stress on the steel-concrete joint section of arch foot of steel box rigid frame tied arch bridge,the new prestressed steel box concrete,was used into the steel-concrete connection structure of the arch feet Concrete filling in steel box,prestressed steel beam,shear studs,perforated steel plate,pressurized steel plate were applied on the structural design.Simulating analysis of the new structure was taken by finite element method,the calculating result showed that the method could improve the stress concentration at arch foot.Therefore,the arch foot has smooth transition of the stiffness and the stress distributed more uniformly,resulting in the good binding state of the arch foot and arch support.This design could provide a theoretical basis for the other similar projects.
