摘 要:目的研究创造性故事疗法对轻度老年痴呆患者述情障碍的影响。方法使用随机数字表法,将纳入对象分成观察组和对照组各40例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行为期6周的创造性故事疗法,分别于干预前及干预6周末使用多伦多述情障碍量表、认知情绪调节问卷、常识-记忆-注意测验进行效果评价。结果观察组的描述感情、认识情绪、认知功能得分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创造性故事疗法适用于轻度老年痴呆患者,可有效改善患者的表达与沟通能力、情绪状态、认知功能,从而提高生活质量。Objective To study the effect of creative story therapy on alexithymia in patients with mild dementia.Methods Patients were randomly divide into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.Based on routine care,the experimental group was given 6-week creative story therapy.The Toronto Alexithymia Scale,Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ-C),Common Sense-Memory-Attention Test(IMCT)were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results Emotion description,cognitive emotion,and cognitive function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Creative story therapy is practical for patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease,which can effectively improve patients’expression and communication ability,emotional state and cognitive function,and eventually improve the quality of life.
