摘　　要：本文针对非洲特殊的资源,人口及投资情况,以非洲某国具体项目为依托,充分利用当地石油及太阳能资源,提出柴油机+光伏发电方案,并对其主要系统进行阐述,提出典型布置,为解决类似非洲小聚居村落,城镇的小区域分布式能源问题有重要意义。Take one project located in an Africa country as an example,based on the local special resource,population and investment.A diesel engine+photovoltaic power hybrid power plant is propose to make full use of the local petroleum and solar energy resources.Its main systems and typical arrangement are indicate in this document.Which is of great significance to solve the power problem in small area like settlements and towns in Africa.
