脑萎缩伴随精神障碍的老年患者的头颅CT诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脑萎缩伴精神障碍的老年患者的头颅CT诊断效果。方法:回顾分析深圳市康宁医院2018年4月—2020年6月期间收治的120例脑萎缩伴随精神障碍老年患者(观察组),另纳入同时期到深圳市罗湖人民医院精神健康者120例进行对比(对照组),各研讨对象均接受头颅CT检查,比较分析检查结果。结果:观察组侧脑室宽度、脑沟宽度、侧裂池宽度高于对照组,脑白质CT值低于对照组,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组脑梗死灶率41.67%、脑室扩张率25%高于对照组26.67%、14.17%,脑白质脱髓鞘33.33%低于对照组59.17%(P<0.05)。结论:临床检查老年脑萎缩伴精神障碍者可采用头颅CT方式,侧脑室宽度、脑沟宽度、侧裂池宽度较高,脑白质CT值偏低,可为临床医生诊治疾病提供依据。Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of brain CT in elderly patients with brain atrophy and mental disorders.Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 elderly patients with brain atrophy and mental disorders admitted to Shenzhen Kangning hospital from April 2018 to June 2020(observation group),and another 120 mental health patients in Shenzhen Luohu people’s Hospital during the same period were included for comparison(control group).Results The width of lateral ventricle,sulcus and cistern of lateral fissure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the CT value of cerebral white matter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The rate of cerebral infarction in the observation group was 41.67%higher than that in the control group(26.67%),the rate of ventricular dilatation in the observation group was 25%higher than that in the control group(14.17%),and the rate of white matter demyelination in the observation group was 33.33%lower than that in the control group(59.17%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Brain CT can be used in elderly patients with brain atrophy and mental disorder.The width of lateral ventricle,sulcus and sylvian cistern are higher,and the CT value of white matter is lower,which can provide basis for clinical doctors to diagnose and treat diseases.
