超声在诊断和联合甲氨喋吟治疗子宫切口妊娠的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究彩色多普勒超声在诊断及治疗子宫切口妊娠中的价值。方法:将2020年1月—10月在我院接受治疗的28例子宫切口妊娠患者作为研究对象,对所有患者给予经阴道联合经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,对其诊断结果以及甲氨蝶呤治疗前后患者的病灶长度、宽径等相关指标进行综合评价。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断结果显示20例(71.4%)为孕囊型,8例(28.6%)为团块型;根据诊断结果对患者实施对应手术治疗,所有患者均手术成功,且患者治疗后的病灶长度、病灶宽径明显短于治疗前(P<0.05),子宫下段肌层厚度增加,血B-HCG降低,与治疗前比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫切口妊娠患者给予彩色多普勒超声诊断,能够明确病灶位置与性质,为临床治疗方式选择提供科学依据,提升治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine incision pregnancy.Methods 28 cases of uterine incision pregnancy patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were given transvaginal combined transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography,and the diagnostic results and relevant indicators such as the length and width of the lesion before and after adjuvant treatment were comprehensively evaluated.Results 20 cases(71.4%)were cystic type and 8 cases(28.6%)were mass type.According to the diagnosis results,corresponding surgical treatment was performed for all patients,and the length and width of the lesion after treatment were significantly shorter than before treatment(P<0.05),the muscle thickness of the lower uterine segment was increased,and blood b-hcg was decreased,showing statistically significant differences from before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy can clarify the location and nature of the lesion,provide scientific basis for the selection of clinical treatment methods,improve the treatment effect,and is worthy of promotion and application.
