放射影像技术在小儿支气管异物中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析放射影像技术在诊断小儿支气管异物中的应用价值。方法选择2019年3月至2020年3月期间,140例小儿支气管异物病例,以"随机单双号"将其分为2组,其中,70例为对比组进行X线检查,70例为研究组进行CT扫描检查,分析检查结果,比较检出率。结果研究组检出率99%(69/70)高于对比组的84%(58/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项异物征象检出率均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿支气管异物患儿,采取CT扫描检查可获得较高的检出率,且能够明确异物征象,因此,在临床检查诊断中推荐使用CT扫描检查对小儿支气管异物进行早期诊断,为临床治疗提供可靠参考与依据,若患儿情绪不能及时得到缓解,可选择先进行X线检查进行诊断,若不能确诊再行CT扫描检查,避免延误治疗时机。Objective To analyze the application value of radiography in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies in children.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,140 cases with bronchial foreign body in children were selected and divided into two groups according to random single and double numbers.Among them,70 cases were set as the control group for X-ray examination,70 cases were set as the study group for CT scan examination,the examination results were analyzed,and the detection rate which was compared.Results According to statistical calculation,the detection rate as 99%(69/70)in the study group which was higher than that of 84%(58/70)in the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.By statistical calculation,the detection rate of foreign body signs in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with bronchial foreign body,CT scan examination can obtain a higher detection rate and clear foreign body signs.Therefore,CT scan examination is recommended for early diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children in clinical examination and diagnosis,which provides reliable reference and basis for clinical treatment.If children′s mood cannot be alleviated in time,X-ray examination can be performed first.for diagnosis.If the diagnosis cannot be confirmed,CT scan should be performed to avoid delaying the time of treatment.
