摘　　要：高校院级教学管理工作是高校教学工作的重要组成部分,是高校发展的基础和保证。院级教学管理队伍尤其是院级办公室队伍是院级教学管理工作得以完成的中坚力量,故需予以重点关注。以吉林省长春市某高校为例,探讨高校院级办公室队伍建设存在的问题,分析院级办公室队伍的发展状况和内在原因,提出从准入资格、培训学习、个人发展以及保障机制等方面着手,强化队伍建设,力求对保障高校教育教学效果有所裨益。The teaching management at college level is the component of teaching management in universities.It is the foundation and guarantee of the development of colleges and universities.The team of college-level office is the backbone of the teaching management at the college level.We need to pay attention to the construction of college-level office team.This paper mainly discusses the general problems of the construction of college-level office team.Then take a college for example,to analyze the development status and internal causes of the office staff at the college-level.It is suggested that the construction of the team should be strengthened from the aspects of admission qualification,training and study,personal development and guarantee mechanism.
