摘 要:目的了解杞县小学生流感防控的知识、态度及行为现状,为加强小学生应对流感健康教育提供理论依据。方法分层整群抽取杞县14所小学910名学生作为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷收集流感防控知识知晓情况、正向态度持有情况、健康行为执行情况及流感知识获得途径等信息。采用多因素二元Logistic回归对认知得分影响因素进行分析。结果杞县小学生流感知信行整体水平不高,知识知晓率为46.00%,正向态度持有率为40.89%,健康行为执行率为77.11%;不同性别、年级、地区学生知晓率、正向态度持有率、健康行为执行率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年级、不同地区学生知识维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),城市学生行为维度得分高于农村学生且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。杞县小学生获取流感知识的主要途径为学校老师的宣传和健康教育(59.84%),仅有37.49%的学生会主动了解与流感有关的知识;多因素logistic回归分析提示年级、地区、父母职业、父母文化程度与小学生流感防控知信行得分有关(P<0.05)。结论杞县小学生流感防控知识知晓率、正向态度持有率及健康行为执行率均有待提高,应加强学校健康教育与宣传,提高小学生流感知信行水平和应对流感的能力,促进健康行为形成。Objective To understand the situation of knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP) of influenza prevention among primary school students in Qixian so as to provide a basis for strengthening health education on coping with influenza in primary school students. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to recruit 910 students in Qixian. A self-designed questionnaires was used to collect the information about basic knowledge, coping attitude and behaviors of influenza.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive scores.Results The level of KAP towards influenza among primary school students in Qixian was not high. The awareness rate of influenza was 46.00%, the positive attitude holding rate of influenza was 40.89%, and the health behavior enforcement rate was 77.11%. There were statistically significant differences among students in different genders, grades and regions in the awareness rate,positive attitude holding rate and health behavior enforcement rate(P<0.05). The scores of knowledge subscale of students in different grades and different regions were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of behavior subscale of urban students were higher than that of rural students(P<0.05). The primary way for primary school students in Qixian to acquire knowledge about influenza is publicity and health education by school teachers. Only 37.49% of the students positively learn knowledge related to influenza. Multivariable logistic regression model showed that the total score of KAP towards influenza was related to grade, region, parents′occupation, and parents’ education level.(P<0.05). Conclusion The awareness rate of influenza prevention and control knowledge, positive attitude holding rate and health behavior enforcement rate of primary school students in Qixian need to be improved.
