摘 要:利用转炉吹炼过程中取样测温得到的分析检测数据,结合炼钢工艺操作情况,计算了炼钢过程中锰氧化反应的主要热力学参数(平衡商、氧化锰的活度系数、炉渣的氧化锰容量和锰在渣-钢之间的分配比)及其在吹炼过程中的变化,分析了钢水、炉渣成分和温度对锰氧化热力学参数的影响。吹炼初期锰氧化率可达到73.3%,吹炼中期锰氧化速度降低,部分炉次有时会产生回锰。吹炼后期,碳含量降低,锰继续被氧化,锰质量分数降低到0.08%~0.14%,有时可低于0.05%。根据炼钢工艺参数所得到的回归方程,可预报吹炼终点钢中锰含量。大型转炉生产低碳深冲钢锰的收得率平均26.7%。提高底吹供气强度,优化顶吹操作和减少渣量可有效提高锰的收得率。The main thermodynamic parameters(equilibrium quotient, activity coefficient of manganese oxide, manganese oxide capacity of slag and manganese distribution ratio between slag and steel) of manganese oxidation reaction in steelmaking process and their changes in blowing process are calculated based on the analysis and detection data obtained from sampling and temperature measurement in converter blowing process. The effects of composition of molten steel and slag and temperature on the thermodynamic parameters of manganese oxidation are analyzed. The oxidation rate of manganese can reach 73.3 % in the initial stage of blowing, and the rate of manganese oxidation decreases in the middle stage of blowing, sometimes resulting in manganese return. In the later stage of blowing, the carbon content decreases, and manganese is oxidized to 0.08 %-0.14 %,sometimes lower than 0.05 %. According to the regression equation obtained from the steelmaking process parameters, the manganese content in the blowing-end steel can be predicted. The average manganese yield of low carbon deep drawing steel is 26.7 % for large converters. The yield rate of manganese can be effectively improved by increasing the intensity of bottom blowing, optimizing the top blowing operation and reducing the amount of slag.
