摘 要:为强化转炉熔池搅拌效果,改善炉内冶金反应动力学条件,在120 t复吹转炉上开展了高强度底吹CO_(2)的工业试验,吹炼时底吹强度最高可达0.21 m^(3)/(t·min),试验采用喷枪型底吹元件,底吹气体包括N2、Ar和CO_(2),根据不同冶炼阶段单一气体供气或混合后供气。试验结果表明,在终渣碱度基本相同的情况下,高强度底吹CO_(2)工艺终渣氧化铁质量分数最低,转炉终点碳氧积、终点钢水P、S、N含量均比原底吹工艺和高强度底吹N_(2)/Ar工艺低,终点钢水Mn含量、脱磷率和脱硫率均比原底吹工艺高。高强度底吹CO_(2)有利于降低转炉炼钢成本,提升钢水纯净度。In order to enhance the stirring effect of the converter bath and improve the metallurgical reaction kinetic conditions in the furnace, the industrial test of high strength bottom blowing CO_(2) was carried out on a 120 t combined blowing converter. The maximum bottom blowing intensity was 0.21 m^(3)/(t·min). The lance type bottom blowing element was used in the test, and the bottom blowing gas included N2,Ar and CO_(2). According to different smelting stages, single gas or mixed gas was supplied. The results show that, with the same basicity of the final slag, iron oxide mass fraction of the high strength bottom blowing CO_(2) process is the lowest in the final slag. Carbon oxygen equilibrium, P,S,N mass fraction at end-point are lower than the original bottom blowing process and high-strength bottom blowing N_(2)/Ar process. And end-point Mn content, the dephosphorization rate and desulfurization rate are higher than the original bottom blowing process. High intensity bottom blowing CO_(2) can reduce the cost of converter steelmaking and improve the cleanliness of molten steel.
