摘 要:配电网广泛采用多分段、多联络结构,在提高了供电可靠性的同时,也增加了配网运行方式更加灵活复杂,因此,根据配电网实时运行负荷状况,分析配电网分区段转供能力,对配电网调控运行及风险预控有重要的意义。结合配电网多分段多联络结构与灵活的运行方式,提出基于有序树拓扑的配电网转供能力分析及网络重构方法。将配电网的分段联络结构简化为有序树模型;采用直流潮流模型,对配电网有序树模型开展动态拓扑分析,分区段计算N-1情况下通过线路间联络可恢复的区间;以联络线路负载均衡为目标,建立网络重构优化的线性规划模型,实现多联络配电网的优化重构。实际案例分析结果证明了方法的有效性和实用价值。The distribution network widely adopts multi⁃section and multi⁃contact structure,which improves the reliability of power supply,but also makes the operation mode of distribution network more flexible and complex.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the capacity of distribution network section transfer according to the real⁃time load condition of distribution network,which is of great significance to the regulation and operation of distribution network and risk pre control.A method of distribution network load⁃transfer capability analysis and network reconfiguration based on ordered tree topology was proposed for the multi⁃segment and multi⁃contact structure and flexible operation mode of distribution network.The segmented connection structure of distribution network was simplified as an ordered tree model.The DC power flow model was used to carry out dynamic topology analysis on the distribution network ordered tree model,and the section that could be recovered by tie lines was calculated by section in the case of N-1.Taking tie line load balancing as the goal,a linear programming model for network reconfiguration optimization was established to realize the optimal reconfiguration of multi⁃tie distribution network.The actual case analysis results prove the effectiveness and practical value of the method.
