摘  要:电缆可分离连接器广泛应用在35 kV及以下的中压配电网。为了明确可分离连接器对电缆振荡波局部放电测量的影响,更有效地检测和分析交联聚乙烯(Cross⁃Linked Polyethylene,XLPE)电缆的绝缘状况,针对试验接线时是否需要拆卸可分离连接器进行研究。在介绍测量原理和试验步骤后,分析了3种涉及电缆可分离连接器的现场处理方式,并使用故障电缆的实测数据进行验证。结果表明,可分离连接器只影响电缆首末终端的局部放电结果,拆除连接器有可能诱发应力锥错位,如不拆除则需关注接线端子延长杆与插拔头主体外表面的绝缘。为了更好检测绝缘状态,把电缆及终端附件当成一个系统看待是一种更加合理的试验选择,而且还能避免多次拆装造成应力锥错位的风险。所得结果可为试验指引和标准的修订提供依据。Cable separable connectors are widely used in medium voltage distribution networks of 35 kV and below.In order to make clear the influence of separable connectors on partial discharge measurement of cable oscillation wave,and to detect and analyze the insulation condition of Cross⁃Linked Polyethylene(XLPE)cable more effectively,whether the separable connector needs to be removed during the test wiring was studied.After introducing the measuring principle and testing steps,three on⁃site processing methods involving cable separable connectors were analyzed and verified by the measured data of faulty cables.The results show that the separable connector only affects the partial discharge results of the cable head and end,and the removal of the connector may induce the dislocation of the stress cone.If the connector is not removed,attention should be paid to the insulation between the extension rod of the terminal and the outer surface of the plug mainbody.In order to better detect the insulation state,it is more reasonable to treat the cable and terminal accessories as a system,and avoid the risk of dislocation of stress cone caused by repeated disassembly.The results can provide a basis for the revision of test guidelines and standards.
