摘　　要：运用文献资料法,阐释了团体格局的内涵,梳理了我国基层体育社会组织的发展现状,分析了将团体格局视角引入基层体育社会组织改革研究的内在机理,指出基层体育社会组织面临组织结构松散和制度建设不规范、组织成员管理机制不健全、部分服务内容与基层群众体育需求不适应、对民间体育资源吸附力不足等困境。探讨了基层体育社会组织改革困境的生成逻辑,进而在团体格局视角下提出推动基层体育社会组织改革的对策:建设更具活力的基层体育社会组织治理结构,实施更加灵活的基层体育社会组织人员管理机制,提供更多适应群众多元需求的基层体育服务,培育更多参与基层体育社会组织活动的社会资本,营造和谐开放的基层体育社会组织改革发展环境等。By using the method of literature review,this paper explains the connotation of group structure,combs the development status of grass-roots sports social organizations in China,analyzes the internal mechanism of introducing the perspective of group structure into the research on the reform of grass-roots sports social organizations,and points out that grass-roots sports social organizations are faced with loose organizational structure,nonstandard system construction,imperfect management mechanism of organization members,and lack of effective management mechanism Part of the service content does not adapt to the needs of grass-roots mass sports,and the adsorption capacity of folk sports resources is insufficient.This paper discusses the formation logic of the dilemma in the reform of grass-roots sports social organizations,and then puts forward the countermeasures to promote the reform of grass-roots sports social organizations from the perspective of group structure:building a more dynamic governance structure of grass-roots sports social organizations,implementing a more flexible personnel management mechanism of grass-roots sports social organizations,providing more grass-roots sports services to meet the diverse needs of the masses,We should cultivate more social capital to participate in the activities of grass-roots sports social organizations,and create a harmonious and open environment for the reform and development of grass-roots sports social organizations.
