摘　　要：采用文献资料法和录像观察法,分析CBA赛场的不和谐现象,以期为进一步促进我国三大球发展计划落实、增强国民体质、加速CBA职业化进程提供参考。结果显示:国内球员整体职业精神素养匮乏,外援管理机制不严明;国民素养意识不高,球迷素质欠缺;裁判专业水平不足,执法力度不够;安保机制不完善,无法保障赛事有序进行和工作人员的利益;篮协管理机制不健全,奖惩不够严明;赛区相关管理权限不明确,管理松散。为此,提出加强培养球员的职业精神素养,打造专业素养的裁判团队,进一步完善科技产品和技术人员辅助,完善球员、裁判、观众等管理体系,健全安保机制,加强教练团队素养建设,加大文明宣传力度,提高球迷素养等策略。By using the methods of literature and video observation,this paper sorts out and analyzes the disharmonious phenomena of the CBA arena environment,and gets the result that the overall professional spirit of domestic players is lack of quality,foreign aid management mechanism is not strict;lack of quality of fans;the professional level of referees is insufficient and law enforcement is insufficient;the security mechanism is not perfect;the management mechanism is not sound,the rewards and punishments are not strict enough;the relevant management authority of the competition area is not clear and the management is loose.And it provides some suggestions that we should strengthen the cultivation of professional spirit of players,build a professional referee team,further improve scientific and technological products and technical personnel,improve the management system of players,referees and spectators,improve the security mechanism,strengthen the quality construction of the coaching team,strengthen the promotion of civilization,improve the quality of fans.
