摘  要:谐振频率是超声雾化片的重要参数,当雾化片在最佳谐振频率工作时其振动效果最好。雾化片谐振频率出厂参数具有±5 kHz的误差范围,需要确定雾化片的最佳谐振频率。通过搭建最小阻抗测量实验,对医疗雾化器雾化片和加湿器雾化片的最佳谐振频率进行探究。雾化片等效模型参数的确定对于雾化片的驱动电路设计具有关键性的作用。通过两种雾化片最佳谐振频率研究,得到的两种雾化片等效模型参数,有助于雾化片驱动电路的设计。通过激光粒度仪和电子秤对两种雾化片工作时雾化颗粒粒径和雾化速率分别进行检测,验证最小阻抗测量实验确定的雾化片最佳谐振频率的准确性。通过实验,用于医疗雾化器雾化片的最佳谐振频率为110 kHz,加湿器雾化片的最佳谐振频率为113 kHz。The resonance frequency is an important parameter of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet,and the vibration effect of the atomizer is best when the atomizing sheet works at the optimal resonance frequency.The factory parameters of the resonance frequency of the atomizer have an error range of±5 kHz,and it is necessary to determine the best resonance frequency of the atomizer.Through the experiment design of a minimum impedance measurement,the optimal resonance frequency of the atomizing sheet of the medical atomizer and the atomizing sheet of the humidifier is investigated.The determination of the equivalent model parameters of the atomizing sheet plays a key role in the design of the driving circuit of the atomizing sheet.Through the research of the optimal resonance frequency of the two kinds of atomizers,the equivalent model parameters of the two atomizers are obtained,which is helpful to the design of the driving circuit of the atomizers.A laser particle size analyzer and an electronic scale are used to detect the atomized particle size and atomization rate of the two kinds of atomizers when they are working,which can verify the accuracy of the optimal resonance frequency of the atomizer determined by the minimum impedance measurement experiment.Through experiments,the optimal resonance frequency of the atomizing sheet of medical atomizer is 110 kHz,and the optimal resonance frequency of the atomizing sheet of humidifier atomizer is 113 kHz.
