摘　　要：新中国成立以来,我国矿产资源产业的发展成就巨大。本文梳理国内外关于矿产资源产业的研究现状,回顾新中国成立以来矿产资源产业发展实践,并根据其产量的变化情况划分四个发展阶段,包括资源产业起步发展阶段(1949-1977年)、资源产业蓬勃发展阶段(1978-1994年)、资源产业蓄力发展阶段(1995-2002年)、资源产业高速发展阶段(2003年至今)。在此基础上,总结我国矿产资源产业发展贡献和发展经验,并指出我国矿产资源产业存在环境约束与矿产需求不协调、资源利用效率不高、管理体制机制不完善、协同供给体系不成熟、参与全球化能力不足等问题,最后展望我国资源型产业未来转型发展将朝智能化、集约化、绿色化、国际化方向演进。Since the founding of New China, China’s mineral resources industry has made tremendous achievements. This article combs the research status of the mineral resources industry at home and abroad, reviews the development practice of the mineral resources industry since the establishment of our country, and divides the development stages according to the changes in its output, including the initial development stage of the resource industry(1949-1977) and the booming development stage of the resource industry(1978-1994), the accumulation development stage of the resource industry(1995-2002), and the rapid development stage of the resource industry(2003 to present). On this basis, it summarizes the development contribution and development experience of China’s mineral resources industry, and points out that China’s mineral resources industry has the problems of uncoordinated environmental constraints and mineral demand, inefficient utilization efficiency, imperfect management mechanisms, immature coordinated supply, and unmatched ability to participate in globalization. Finally, we look forward to the future transformation and development of China’s resource-based industries that will evolve in the direction of intelligence, intensification, greening, and internationalization.
