摘　　要：作为区域创新能力的关键性因素,区域创新效率的提高对于深入实施创新驱动发展战略、转变经济发展方式具有重要意义。国内外文献从多种角度对省域、经济区、城市群、城市等层面的区域创新效率进行了考察。为明确当前研究的进展和今后研究的重点,文章对区域创新效率的研究进行了全面梳理,比较了已有区域创新效率具体测度方法的思路和特点,从创新环境、创新主体和特定因素三个角度归纳了影响区域创新效率的因素,并对有关区域创新效率空间效应的研究进行了总结。最后,从基础理论、研究视角、研究方法和政策应用四个方面进行分析,指出未来区域创新效率研究进一步深入的方向与重点。As the key factor of regional innovation capacity, the improvement of regional innovation efficiency is of great significance to the implementation of innovation driven development strategy and the transformation of economic development mode.Domestic and foreign literature has investigated regional innovation efficiency of provinces, economic regions, urban agglomerations, cities and other scales from various perspectives. In order to clarify the current research progress and the focus of future research, this paper comprehensively sorts out the research on regional innovation efficiency, compares the ideas and characteristics of the existing specific measurement methods of regional innovation efficiency, summarizes the factors affecting regional innovation efficiency from three aspects of innovation environment, innovation subject and specific factors, and summarizes the research on the spatial effect of regional innovation efficiency. Finally, this paper points out the direction and focus of regional innovation efficiency research in the future from the aspects of basic theory, research perspective, research method and policy application.
