民主革命时期高校基层组织工作制度的探索(1921—1949)

摘　　要：中共创建初期和大革命时期,高校基层组织在党的组织体系中处于基础性地位,高校基层组织及其工作制度建设是党的建设的策源地。土地革命时期因党的工作重心由城市转向农村,且受“左”倾思潮影响,高校基层组织被“边缘化”,其工作也被弱化。抗日战争时期,党调整对知识分子的态度和策略,分根据地高校、国统区高校、沦陷区高校,分别对高校基层党组织建设及其工作内容作出针对性部署,同时系统性发展干部教育工作制度(尤其党校制度)。随着解放战争的进程,以干部培训为核心的解放区高校与以统一战线为核心的国统区高校这两种类型的基层组织,逐渐转向以训练党的干部、储备执政人才为中心,高校党组织及其工作逐步回到党组织的“中心”位置。In the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China and during the Great Revolution,the grassroots organizations in colleges and universities were in a basic position in the party's organizational system,and the construction of the grassroots organizations in colleges and universities and their work system was the source of the party's construction.During the Agrarian Revolution,due to the shift of the party’s work focus from the city to the countryside,and the influence of the“Left”trend of thought,the grassroots organizations in universities were“marginalized”and their work was also weakened.During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the party adjusted its attitudes and strategies towards intellectuals,divided into base colleges,colleges in the Kuomintang-ruled area,and colleges in the occupied areas,and made targeted deployments for the construction of the party organization at the grassroots level in colleges and universities and its work content,and at the same time systematically developed the cadre education work system(Especially the party school system).With the progress of the War of Liberation,the two types of grassroots organizations in the Liberated Area Colleges and Universities with cadre training as the core and the Kuomintang-ruled Area colleges and universities with the united front as the core have gradually shifted to training party cadres and reserve governing talents.His work gradually returned to the"central"position of the party organization.
