摘 要:基于茨沟营煤矿近距离下位煤层顶板受到上部煤层开采破坏、回采巷道压力大、巷道支护困难的实际问题,通过理论计算和工程类比调研,提出了下部5号煤层回采巷道内错5 m布置方案,巷道位于压力降低区,确定了5号煤层回采巷道根据不同的层间距分段支护、联合支护形式,确定了巷道支护参数。结果表明:3501工作面通过理论计算、工程类比确定的巷道位置合理,分段支护巷道的支护形式和支护参数联合支护效果较好,满足工作面安全生产的要求。Based on the practical problems that the roof of the close lower seam in Cigouying Coal Mine is damaged by the mining of the upper seam,the pressure of the mining roadway is high,and the roadway support is difficult,through the theoretical calculation and engineering analogy investigation,the layout scheme of 5 m inner stagger of the mining roadway in the lower No.5 coal seam is put forward.The roadway is located in the pressure reduction area,and the support parameters of the mining roadway in the No.5 coal seam are determined according to the different interval of layers.The results show that the roadway position determined by theoretical calculation and engineering analogy in the 3501 working face is reasonable,and the combined support effect of support form and support parameters of sublevel support roadway is better,which meets the requirements of safety production in working face.
