摘　　要：针对潞安矿区铁路现场运输生产对信息化提出的功能要求,利用计算机、网络及信息集成相关技术设计了矿区铁路货运管理系统,并构建了信息共享平台,实现了与列车调度指挥系统之间的信息互通。该系统有效提高了矿区专用铁路的运输组织效率,降低了车站值班员和行车调度员的工作强度,实现了减员增效的目标。In view of the functional requirements of railway on-site transportation and production in Lu'an mining area for informatization,the railway freight management system in the mining area is designed by using computer,network and information integration technologies,and an information sharing platform is built to realize the information exchange with the train dispatching command system.The system effectively improves the efficiency of transportation organization of special railway in mining area,reduces the work intensity of station attendant and traffic dispatcher,and achieves the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
