摘　　要：为研究鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎、禽流感(H9亚型)三联灭活疫苗(N7a株+M41株+SZ株)(以下简称"三联苗")的应用效果,使用14日龄AA肉鸡和210日龄蛋鸡进行安全性和有效性研究。安全性研究结果表明,三联苗免疫肉鸡后鸡群精神、采食等状况无任何异常,注射部位无溃烂、肿胀、发炎等症状,各时间点体质量与对照组无明显差异,出栏当日疫苗完全吸收;三联苗免疫蛋鸡后鸡群无任何不良反应,产蛋率与对照组无明显差异。有效性研究中,肉鸡免疫后抗体HI效价持续升高,出栏当日NDV、IBV和H9 AIV HI抗体效价达到高峰,分别为8.8 log2、6.7 log2、9.3 log2;攻毒保护结果表明,免疫后21 d,三联苗能对新城疫和禽流感(H9亚型)提供完全保护。蛋鸡免疫后21 d NDV、IBV和H9 AIV HI抗体效价达到最高,分别为11.6 log2,8.9 log2,12.1 log2,而后逐渐降低,但免疫后6个月仍然保持在较高的水平。本研究表明,三联苗免疫肉鸡和蛋鸡安全、有效。In order to study the safety and efficacy of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis and avian influenza(H9 subtype) trivalent inactivated vaccine(strain N7 a + strain M41 + strain SZ)(hereinafter referred to as "trivalent vaccine"),14-day-old AA-broilers and 210-day-old layers was selected for the experiment.The results of safety study showed that there was no abnormality in the mental state, diet and other conditions of the broilers immunized with the trivalent vaccine, no ulceration, tumidness, inflammation at the injection site.Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in body weight at each time point, and the vaccine was completely absorbed at pre-slaughter.Layers immunized with trivalent vaccine had no adverse reactions, and the laying rate was not significantly different from that of the control group.The results of the effectiveness study showed that the HI titers of antibodies continued to increase after immunization, and the NDV,IBV and H9 AIV HI titers reached the peak at pre-slaughter, which were up to 8.8 log2,6.7 log2 and 9.3 log2,respectively.The results of virus challenge test showed that the trivalent vaccine could provide complete protection against Newcastle disease and avian influenza(H9 subtype)at 21 days post immunization.The titers of NDV,IBV and H9 AIV HI antibodies reached the highest at the 21 days post immunization in layers,which were 11.6 log2,8.9 log2 and 12.1 log2,respectively,and then gradually decreased,but they remained at a high level at 6 months post immunization.This study shows that the trivalent vaccine was safe and effective in broilers and layers.
