摘  要:针对空间环境的特殊性以及空间站资源有限性,研制一种空间细胞培养模块,使其适合在空间飞行或空间站进行细胞培养。根据空间搭载标准架构接口要求和细胞培养要求,提出模块的设计方案,包括培养室及密封设计;然后对模块的材料进行生物相容性筛选,并利用此模块培养骨肉瘤细胞(MG63),从骨肉瘤细胞的活力和凋亡两方面评价其培养效果。实验结果表明,研制的空间细胞培养模块操作简单,密封效果好,生物相容性佳。利用此模块培养MG63细胞72 h后,细胞生长状态和铺展性良好,细胞活性和凋亡与传统细胞培养瓶相比无显著性差异。可应用于空间飞行和空间站的细胞培养。According to the particularity of space environment and the limited resources of space station,a space cell culture module suitable for cell culture in spaceflight or onboard space station was developed.The design of culture chamber and sealing device were conducted on the basis to the requirements of space carrying interface and cell culture.Then,the biocompatibility of the materials was screened,and human osteosarcoma cells(MG63)were cultured using this module.The culture effect was evaluated from the viability and apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells.The experimental results showed that the space cell culture module was simple in operation,good in sealing and good in biocompatibility.After 72 h culture of MG63 cells using this module,the growth and spread of cells were fine,and there was no significant difference in cell activity and apoptosis as compared with cell culture flask.It may be applied to cell culture in space flight or onboard space station.
