摘  要:针对空间站有效载荷运维对安全性要求高、保障资源有限的问题,建立了预测性维护支持系统,包括数据库、自动辅助建模软件、计算平台及Web UI程序。以数据驱动预测方法和技术为核心搭建了支持系统框架,设计了自动辅助建模软件,构建了一种开放式、层次化、可扩展的软件架构,在此架构上开发了数据处理、机器学习、深度学习算法库,初步开发了有效载荷模型库与故障诊断、预测及健康管理业务程序集。采用公开数据源对软件建模功能开展测试,结果表明:软件架构可行,可高效、灵活地完成状态监测数据处理、分析与建模任务。To ensure the safe operation and maintenance of payloads onboard space station with constrained logistic support resources,a Predictive Maintenance Support System(PMSS)was constructed including the data bases,AAMS,computing platform,and Web UI applications.The framework of PMSS was based on the data-driven PHM technologies.A type of open,hierarchical and extensible framework for AAMS was then designed,based on which data processing,machine learning and deep learning algorithms were developed.Moreover,the PHM models and applications were developed preliminarily for the payload.Then,AAMS was tested using the open data source.The results showed that the framework of AAMS was feasible,and software could be applied for monitoring the data processing,analysis and modeling with high efficiency and flexibility.
