广西桂江干流生态流量保障调度方案分析

摘　　要：保障河湖生态流量事关生态文明建设和高质量发展,对于维护水安全具有重要意义。本文主要结合广西重要河流生态流量保障方案编制工作,介绍桂江干流生态流量保障目标成果和生态基流保障调度方案,指出现阶段桂江生态调度与考核方面存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。Ensuring the ecological flow of rivers and lakes is a matter of ecological civilization construction and high-quality development,and is important for maintaining water safety.Combined with the compilation of ecological flow guarantee scheme for important rivers in Guangxi,the author presented the ecological flow guarantee target and regulating scheme of main stream of Guijiang River,put forward the problems existing in ecological regulating and examination of Guijiang River,and gave suggestions.
