钦江流域水库管理现状分析与对策

摘　　要：通过对钦江流域水库的经营管理进行调研,结合钦江流域水库经营管理现状中存在的问题,提出合理的对策,以达到保护水资源,提升水库管理水平的目的,适应新时期“水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管”水利发展改革总基调的要求。Investigation was made on the management of reservoirs in Qinjiang River basin.In view of the problems existing in management,countermeasures were put forward to protect water resources,improve management level of reservoir,and adapt to the general keynote of water conservancy development and reform in new era,i.e.improving weak links of water conservancy project and strengthening supervision of water conservancy industry.
