摘  要:市场上存在的数量庞大的铅酸蓄电池在充电时,大多数使用的都是基于磁芯(1)的三段式恒流充电器,针对其恒压阶段充电时间长,电池老化快寿命短,线圈匝数多,电感量低,功率损耗大等问题,设计出了一种基于UUI(DUI)磁芯的恒功率充电器。该充电器由输入整流滤波、输入滤波电解、开关功率管、变压器、输出整流滤波、输出滤波电解和散热风扇七部分组成,可根据实际需要去调控高频率交流电,实现了保持恒定功率对蓄电池进行充电。实验结果表明,该充电器很好地解决了恒流充电器和EE磁芯存在的问题,延长了电池寿命,缩短了恒压阶段充电时间。Most of the large number of lead-acid batteries on the market are charged using the three-stage constant current charger based on EE magnetic core.For its constant voltage charging time is long,the battery aging is fast and the life is short,the coil turns are many,the power loss is big and so on,a constant power charger based on UUI(DUI)core is designed.The charger consists of seven parts:input rectifier filter,input filter electrolysis,switch power tube,transformer,output rectifier filter,output filter electrolysis and heat dissipation fan.The high frequency alternating current can be regulated according to actual needs.This makes it a reality to charge the battery at constant power.The experimental results show that this charger solves the problem of the constant current charger and EE core well,prolong the battery life,shorten the constant voltage stage charging time.
