摘 要:研究了随焊旋转冲击方法在抑制30CrMnSi接头热影响区软化中的影响规律.采用随焊旋转冲击装置对焊接过程中产生软化的区域进行旋转冲击,利用维氏硬度计对不同随焊旋转冲击工艺参数作用下的焊接接头热影响区进行硬度测试,通过倒置金相显微镜对常规焊接试样及不同随焊旋转冲击工艺参数作用下的接头软化区进行组织观察,并对软化区C元素分布情况进行能谱分析.结果表明,随焊旋转冲击作用使得接头软化区硬度明显提高,接头软化区铁素体含量明显增加,C元素弥散分布消除局部偏聚,接头热影响区软化现象得到有效抑制,接头力学性能显著提升.The effect on softening control of 30CrMnSi joint HAZ by rotation impacting during welding was studied.The method of rotation impacting was utilized to form the real time loading on the soften area during the welding process.Vickers hardness tester was used to show the hardness of the welded joint in the heat-affected zone with different rotation impacting parameters.The microstructures of the softening zone with and without rotation impacting were observed by inverted metallographic microscope.The distribution of carbon element in the softening zone was analyzed by EDS.The results show that the softening phenomenon of heat affected zone was effectively inhibited.The mechanical properties were significantly improved.The rotation impacting can increase obviously the hardness of the joint softening zone,the ferritic content in the softening zone is increased obviously,the distribution of carbon element eliminates local segregation.
