摘 要:电流型电荷泵LLC谐振变换器(CSC P-LLC)成本低、效率高,广泛应用于小功率LED电源。LLC谐振变换器的变压器、电感器磁集成可以有效降低CSCP-LLC体积,提高效率。随着带铁壳的LED电源低截面发展,集成磁件的漏磁通对其应用带来较大挑战。通过M a xw e ll电磁场仿真软件三维建模集成磁件,分析了影响集成磁件漏磁通的因素,以及高频漏磁通引起金属外壳涡流损耗的影响因素。在此基础上,提出降低集成磁件高频漏磁通设计措施,以及针对铁壳提出低成本的高频漏磁通屏蔽方案。仿真表明,提出的方案可以有效减小涡流损耗,提高变换器效率。Current source charge pump LLC resonant converter(CSCP-LLC)is widely used in small power LED power supply due to its low cost and high efficiency.The magnetic integration of transformer andinductor in LLC resonant converter can effectively reduce the volume of CSCP-LLC and improve theefficiency.With the development of low profile LED power supply with iron shell,the leakageflux of integrated magnetic components brings great challenges to its application.The influencefactors of leakage flux and eddy current loss of metal shell caused by high frequency leakageflux are analyzed by using Maxwell electromagnetic field simulation software.On this basis,thedesign measures to reduce the high-frequency leakage flux of integrated magnetic components areproposed,and the low-cost high-frequency leakage flux shielding scheme is proposed for the ironshell.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the eddy currentloss and improve the efficiency of the converter.
