摘 要:湖南省从2017年开始进行玉米引种品种的抗病性鉴定,2017-2020年完成的抗病性鉴定品种数分别为88.116.79.55个。4年的田间自然诱发和接种鉴定试验结果表明,纹枯病在不同年份间高抗品种数量变化较大,感病品种数量则逐年增加,这可能是连作后病菌增加及气候条件影响的结果;小斑病的高抗品种占比在不同年份表现基本一致,而抗性品种数量增加与中抗品种数量减少,均为引种品种的真实抗性表现;玉米茎腐病抗性鉴定结果4年趋向一致,即高抗品种数>中抗品种数>抗性品种数>感病品种数>高感品种数。玉米引种品种大多高抗茎腐病,抗、中抗纹枯病,少数品种感或高感纹枯病、小斑病。试验结果可为湖南省玉米品种引种、备案、推广提供科学依据。Since 2017,88,116,79 and 55 maize varieties were identified as resistant to the disease in Hunan Province.The results of field natural induction and inoculation test for 4 years showed that the number of high resistant varieties and sus-ceptible varieties of sheath blight changed greatly in different years,which should be the result of the increase of pathogen and the influence of climatic conditions after continuous cropping The percentage of high resistant varieties was basically the same in different years,but the increase of the number of resistant varieties and the decrease of middle resistant varie-ties were the true resistance of introduced varieties,and the resistance of maize stem rot was the same in 4 years,that is,high resistant variety number>middle resistant variety number>resistant variety number>susceptible variety number>high susceptible variety number.Most introduced maize varieties are highly resistant to stem rot,resistant to sheath blight and moderate resistant to sheath blight,and a few varieties are susceptible to sheath blight and small leaf spot.The results can provide scientific basis for maize variety introduction,record keeping and extension in Hunan Province.
