皖北农村基层党建工作实效性提升探析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,对皖北部分乡镇进行基层党建工作调查,发现皖北农村基层党建工作扎实,成效突出,但也存在农村基层党组织引领作用发挥不够到位、存在党员管理“宽松软”现象、农村党员队伍结构不够合理、农村集体经济比较薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,提出提高农村干部队伍整体素质、开展多层次培训、抓好党员队伍建设、积极发展农村集体经济等建议,以期增强农村基层党建实效,共建和谐家园。By means of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the grass-roots party construction in some villages and towns in northern Anhui province.It is found that the grass-roots party construction in rural areas of northern Anhui is solid and effective,but there are also some problems,such as the leading role of the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas is not fully played,the"lenient"management of party members,the unreasonable structure of rural party members,and the weak rural collective economy.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the overall quality of rural cadres,carrying out multi-level training,focusing on the construction of party members,and actively developing rural collective economy,in order to enhance the effectiveness of rural grass-roots party construction and build a harmonious home.
