摘　　要：为改善PVC树脂质量,进行了工艺改造,在汽提塔蒸汽管道、冲洗水管道和PVC树脂包装管道上加装了永磁除铁器。改造后,PVC树脂的白度提高,水萃取物电导率和杂质粒子数降低。In order to improve the quality of PVC resin,technological transformations were carried out.Permanent magnetic iron removers were installed on the steam pipe and flushing water pipe of stripper,and on PVC resin packing pipe.After transformation,the whiteness of PVC resin was improved,and the water extract conductivity and the number of impurity particles of PVC resin were reduced.
