摘  要:针对高压电缆-架空线混合线路的重合闸问题,提出一种基于连接点电流相位特征的混合线路新型重合闸方案。首先,推导混合线路不同区段发生单相接地故障时,故障发生前后流经混合线路连接点的故障相电流和系统两侧故障相电压之间的相位关系,由此求出故障前后流经连接点的故障相电流相位变化的表达式;然后,根据系统参数特性,分析得出不同区段发生单相接地故障时,上述表达式呈现不同的特征,能够有效判别故障区段,由此提出重合闸动作的判据;最后,阐述了基于该判据的混合线路重合闸方案。PSCAD仿真结果表明,所提方案能够准确判别混合线路的故障区段,从而使重合闸正确动作。Aiming at the reclosing problem of hybird lines with high-voltage cable and overhead lines,a novel reclosing scheme based on the current phase angle characteristics of connection points is proposed.Firstly,the phase angle relationship between the fault phase current flowing through the connection point of the hybrid line before and after the fault and the fault phase voltage on both sides of the system is deduced when the single-phase-to-ground fault occurs in different sections of the hybrid line,and the expression of the phase angle change of the fault phase current flowing through the connection point before and after the fault is obtained.Then,according to the characteristics of the system parameters,when the single-phase-to-ground fault occurs in different sections,the analysis shows that the above expression presents different characteristics,which can effectively identify the fault section,and thus the criterion of reclosing is put forward.Finally,the reclosing scheme of hybrid lines based on the criterion is described.PSCAD simulation results show that the proposed scheme can accurately identify the fault section of hybrid lines,so that the reclosing can operate correctly.
