摘  要:针对由双端口子模块构成的模块化多电平换流器开关器件多、工作方式复杂的问题,提出一种采用模块组多样性等效实现的实时仿真方法。通过分析桥臂子模块间的双端连接工作方式,推导出端口简化过程,以此建立模块组概念并采用单端口戴维南等效模型简化计算。为进一步扩大换流站仿真规模,在模块组分析基础上对换流站桥臂进行静态分段解耦,各静态段内采用多样性等效模型计算分段后结构变化的模块组,静态段间以节点电压法完成仿真计算;对桥臂分段后的计算量进行定量分析,确定桥臂静态段最优分段数量准则。采用基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的实时数字仿真平台,验证仿真方法的先进性和仿真结果的正确性。The modular multilevel converter(MMC)with two-port sub-modules has many switching devices and complex operation modes.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a real-time simulation method based on the diversity equivalent of module groups.By analyzing the working mode of the two-terminal connection between sub-modules on the bridge arm,the port simplification process is deduced.Then,the concept of module groups is established,and the single-port Thevenin’s equivalent model is used to simplify the calculation.To expand the simulation scale of the converter station,the bridge arm of the converter station is decoupled by static segments on the basis of module group analysis.In each static segment,a diversity equivalent model is used to calculate the module group with the changed structure after segmentation.The bus voltage method is used to complete the simulation calculation between static segments.In order to determine the optimal number of static segments of the bridge arm,the calculation amount after bridge arm segmentation is quantitatively analyzed.Through the real-time simulation platform based on the field programmable gate array(FPGA),the advancement of the simulation method and the correctness of the simulation results are verified.
