摘 要:为解决海上风机导管架支腿和钢管桩灌浆段在海上恶劣施工与工作环境下发生偏心连接和偏心受力等不利工况时灌浆连接段的力学特性问题,文章制作海上风机导管架灌浆连接段足尺模型,对其黏结承载力进行原型抗拔试验,同时进行应变测试,以研究偏心灌浆等不利工况对灌浆连接段黏结承载力的影响。研究结果表明:导管架灌浆连接的轴向和偏心黏结承载力均满足设计要求;在轴向拉拔时,由于灌浆料受拉拔时其厚度越大则剪切变形越大,灌浆连接段各测点的位移由大到小依次为灌浆较厚侧、平均位移、灌浆较薄侧,但其应力差异不大;在偏心拉拔时,总上拔力虽减小,但偏心受力会导致结构弯矩和内力增加,表明在设计时应充分考虑偏心荷载对灌浆料的不利作用。In order to solve the problem of mechanical characteristics of grouting connection section of offshore wind turbine jacket legs and steel pipe pile under adverse conditions,such as eccentric connection and eccentric stress under harsh construction and working environment at sea,a fullscale model of grouting connection section of offshore wind turbine jacket was made in this paper,and the prototype uplift test and strain test were carried out to study the influence of eccentric grouting and other adverse conditions on the bonding capacity of grouting connection section.The results showed that the axial and eccentric bond capacities of the jacket grouting connections met the design requirements.In axial pull-out test,the larger the thickness of the grouting material was,the greater the shear deformation was,which made the displacement of each measuring point in the grouting connection section behave as thicker side>average displacement>thinner side,but the stress difference was small;In eccentric pull-out test,although the total uplift force decreased,the eccentric force would increase the bending moment and internal force of the structure,which indicated that the adverse effect of eccentric load on the grouting material should be considered in the design.
