摘 要:为探究风电电机用环氧灌封胶的耐候性,本研究对两种自制的风电电机槽口用环氧灌封胶进行了热性能研究。研究结果表明:两种环氧灌封胶起始分解温度分别为271和278℃,高于风电电机通常的运行温度155℃;热变形温度较低,分别是-20和24.3℃;在高低温及浸水环境中,拉伸剪切强度比工业上用的有机硅灌封胶提高了近3 MPa,与基材的附着无开裂、无剥离。自制的环氧灌封胶具有较好的耐热性和耐候性,特别是在复杂环境中具有较强的粘接能力,可为其在风电电机上的应用提供数据支持。In order to study the weather resistance of epoxy pouring sealant for wind turbine,thermal properties of two kinds of self-prepared epoxy pouring sealant for wind turbine notch were investigated in this study.The research results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of two kinds of epoxy pouring sealant were 271 and 278 ℃,respectively,which were markedly higher than 155 ℃,the normal operating temperature of wind power turbine.The heat deflection temperatures were relatively low,as-20 and 24.3 ℃,respectively.In the high/low temperature and water immersion environment,the tensile shear strength was nearly 3 MPa higher than that of silicone pouring sealant for normal industrial application.Moreover,there was no cracking or peeling between the epoxy pouring sealant and the substrate.The self-prepared epoxy pouring sealant had excellent heat resistance and weather resistance,particularly in the complicated environment,it had strong bonding ability,which provided data support for its application in wind turbine.
