摘  要:研究了环氧树脂、沥青树脂、天然橡胶、多聚甲醛的用量对金属与帆布粘接用双组分丁腈酚醛胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:环氧树脂的加入,使丁腈胶的耐水性得到明显的提高;沥青树脂对提高胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度和耐水性起很大作用,不含沥青树脂的配方耐水性下降;天然橡胶的加入,使胶粘剂的粘接强度和耐水后粘接强度明显降低,剪切强度也降低;当环氧树脂添加2份、沥青树脂添加0.75份、多聚甲醛添加1.50份时,该配方体系具有比较好的综合性能。The effect of the amount of epoxy resin,asphalt resin,natural rubber and paraformaldehyde on the properties of two-component nitrile phenolic formaldehyde adhesive for bonding of metal and canvas was studied.The research results showed that the water resistance of nitrile adhesive was significantly improved with the addition of epoxy resin. The tensile shear strength and water resistance of the adhesive were greatly improved by the addition of asphalt resin,and the water resistance of the formula without asphalt resin decreased. The bonding strength and water resistance bonding strength decreased significantly with the addition of natural rubber,and the shear strength decreased also. When 2 phr epoxy resin,0.75 phr asphalt resin and 1.50 phr paraformaldehyde were added,the formulation system had relatively good comprehensive performance.
