摘  要:以马来酸单玉米淀粉酯(SMA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA-1799)为主要原料,制备了马来酸单玉米淀粉酯改性聚乙烯醇(SMA-PVA)商标胶。通过单因素试验,考察了SMA用量、尿素用量、交联剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对SMA-PVA商标胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:当PVA-1799为39.2 g,SMA为10.8 g,尿素为6.0 g,交联剂为1.6 g,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为2 h时,SMA-PVA商标胶的综合性能相对较好。Using corn starch maleic acid monoester(SMA)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA-1799)as main raw materials,the polyvinyl alcohol trademark adhesive modified by corn starch maleic acid monoester(SMA-PVA)was prepared. Based on single factor experiment,the effects of SMA content,urea content,crosslinking agent content,reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of SMA-PVA trademark adhesive were investigated. The research results showed that the comprehensive properties of SMA-PVA trademark adhesive were relatively good,when PVA-1799 was 39.2 g,SMA was 10.8 g,urea was 6.0 g,crosslinking agent was 1.6 g,reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 2 h.
