摘  要:以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体,石墨镀镍粉体为导电填料,制备了石墨镀镍FIP加成型有机硅密封剂。考察了石墨镀镍粉体填充量对密封剂力学性能、导电性能的影响,对比了热处理前后密封剂的力学性能随石墨镀镍粉体填充量的变化;同时考察了偶联剂处理石墨镀镍粉体后对密封剂力学性能、导电性能的影响。研究结果表明:经过热处理后的密封剂硬度明显增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率也有一定程度增加;随着石墨镀镍粉体填充量的增加,密封剂的体积电阻率出现了五个数量级的转变,其渗滤阈值为54%~56%;使用偶联剂处理石墨镀镍粉体后,可明显提升密封剂的导电性能,同时密封剂的力学性能也有所改善。The nickel-plated graphite FIP addition silicone sealant was prepared by using methyl vinyl silicone rubber as matrix and nickel-plated graphite as conductive filler. The effects of filling amount of nickelplated graphite powder on the mechanical property and electrical conductivity of sealant were investigated,and the mechanical properties of sealant before and after heat treatment were compared with the filling amount change of nickel-plated graphite powder. At the same time,the effects of coupling agent treatment of nickel-plated graphite powder on mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of sealant were investigated as well. The research results showed that the hardness of sealant increased significantly after heat treatment,and the tensile strength and elongation at break also increased to a certain extent. The volume resistivity of sealant changed by 5 orders of magnitude when the filling amount of nickel-plated graphite powder increased,and its percolation threshold was54%-56%. The electrical conductivity of sealant could be significantly improved by coupling agent treatment of nickel-plated graphite powder,and the mechanical properties of sealant were also improved.
