制冷剂生产渗透蒸发膜滤芯外壳裂纹分析及对策

摘  要:针对渗透蒸发膜滤芯外壳在某制冷剂装置生产中出现裂纹这一问题,进行SolidWorks的力学分析和ABS塑料溶胀性能分析。结果表明,排除了系统内的压力工况使膜芯产生裂纹的可能,而实际原因是ABS塑料发生了溶胀现象。将膜芯的膜壳材质由ABS塑料改为铝合金,取消原膜分的金属外壳。实施后,预计每年多产产品480 t,节约成本约1965万元,同时极大减少了中间产物的浪费,进一步提高了产品转换率。Aiming at the problem of cracks in the pervaporation membrane filter element shell in the production of a chemical plant,SolidWorks mechanical analysis and ABS plastic swelling performance analysis were carried out.The result shows that the possibility of cracks in the membrane core due to pressure conditions in the system is eliminated;the actual reason is that ABS plastic has swelled.The membrane shell material of the membrane core is changed from ABS plastic to metal alloy.After implementation,480 t of products will be produced,and saving about 19.65 million yuan every year,That Greatly reduced the waste of intermediate products,and further increased the product conversion rate.
