温针灸联合血府逐瘀汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸联合血府逐瘀汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取阳春市中医院于2018年5月-2019年5月收治的60例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者,随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组患者行血府逐瘀汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温针进行治疗,采用经颅多普勒(Transcranial Doppler,TCD)检测治疗2个疗程后两组患者的椎-基底动脉平均血流及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组椎-基底平均血流速度均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕行温针灸联合血府逐瘀汤治疗能有效改善患者的椎-基底动脉平均血流速度,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of warm-acupuncture plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)on vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:60 cases in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,and the observation group was treated by warm-acupuncture more.Results:After treatment,the average blood flow velocity in the roups were both significantly improved,and in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm-acupuncture plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency can effectively ameliorate the average blood flow velocity of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.
