不换金正气散加减联合刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究不换金正气散加减联合刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年12月在东莞第八人民医院儿科治疗的132名患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组;观察组采用不换金正气散加减联合刺四缝穴治疗,对照组采用赖氨酸维B12颗粒治疗。观察两组患儿中医证候积分及临床有效率。结果:治疗后,两组患儿各项指标水平均有所改善,但观察组患儿厌食症情况改善程度较对照组更大(P<0.05)。结论:不换金正气散加减联合刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食疗效显著、安全性高,对于改善食欲有着明确的效果。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Buhuanjin Zhengqi San(不换金正气散)plus acupuncture at Sifeng point(四缝穴)on infantile anorexia.Methods:132 children were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Buhuanjin Zhegnqi San plus acupuncture at Sifeng point,and the control group was treated with lysine and vitamin B12 granules.Results:After treatment,the levels of various indicators in groups were improved,and the improvement of anorexia in the observation group was greater than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buhuanjin Zhengqi San plus acupuncture at Sifeng point can significant effect,with high safety on infantile anorexia,and it has a clear effect on improving appetite.
