手法及消定膏外敷配合关节腔内注射治疗肩袖损伤80例

摘　　要：目的:探讨手法及膏药外敷配合关节腔内注射治疗肩袖损伤机制及临床疗效观察。方法:将甘肃省康复中心医院80例患者随机分成两组,对照组40例单纯给予关节腔注射,治疗组40例采用手法及消定膏外敷配合关节腔注射治疗。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分均明显下降,且治疗组评分显著低于对照组,两组肩关节功能评分明显上升,且治疗组评分显著优于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:手法及膏药外敷配合关节腔注射治疗较轻微的肩袖损伤临床效果显著,值得应用推广。Objective:To investigate the mechanism of manipulation and external application of plaster with intra-articular injection on treating rotator cuff injury and observe the clinical efficacy.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were given intra-articular injection,and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated by manipulation and external application.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in groups were significantly decreased,and the score in the treatmen group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The score of shoulder joint function increased significantly,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of manipulation and external application of plaster plus intra-articular injection on rotator cuff injury is significant,and is worthy of application and promotion.
