摘　　要：目的:探究《中药成方制剂》中含干姜方剂的组方规律。方法:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,筛选符合的方剂构建数据库,应用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对处方中含干姜方剂的主治疾病、证侯、组方配伍等进行分析,并选取高频药对及高频疾病进行药物组合的深度分析。结果:通过131首方剂的分析,得出常用药对17个,主治疾病62种。干姜在不同药对中功效发挥方向不同,在不同疾病中使用规律各异。结论:含干姜的方剂临床应用广泛,其组方规律反应出干姜在治疗不同疾病时的药物组合特点。Objective To explore the Prescription rules of prescriptions containing dried ginger in National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs.Methods Based on the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),the suitable prescriptions were selected to build a database,and the software integrated data mining method was applied to analyze the main diseases,syndromes and compatibility of prescriptions containing dried ginger prescription in the prescription,and high-frequency medicine pairs and high-frequency diseases were selected for in-depth analysis of drug combination.Results Through the analysis of 131 prescriptions,17 commonly used drug pairs were obtained,and 62 kinds of diseases were mainly treated.The action direction of dried ginger is different in different drug pairs,and the direction of effectiveness in different diseases is different.Conclusion The prescription containing dried ginger is widely used in clinical practice,and its Prescription rules reflect the characteristics of drug combination in the treatment of different diseases.
