摘　　要：总结李鳌才教授在临证中灵活运用枳实导滞汤的经验。从理、法、方、药多个角度,阐释枳实导滞汤的内涵。尤其在消化、呼吸等系统的临证应用中,以枳实导滞汤为基础方的辨证论治体现了其独特的优势,值得在临床中进一步推广。附验案两则,以资佐证。Summarize Professor Li Aocai's experience in using Zhishidaozhi Decoction in clinical practice.Explain the connotation of Zhishidaozhi Decoction from multiple angles of theory,law,prescription and medicine.Especially in the clinical application of digestive,respiratory and other systems,the dialectical treatment based on Zhishi Daozhi Decoction embodies unique advantages and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.Two cases of inspection are attached for supporting evidence.
