太阳穴隔盐灸配合普通针刺治疗急性期风寒型面瘫临床经验

摘　　要：隔盐灸广泛应用于临床,但治疗面瘫报道较少。临床治疗面瘫患者多采用电针配合面部推拿,具有活血通络、疏调经筋的功效。王艳锋教授在临床治疗中应用太阳穴隔盐灸配合普通针刺疗法,在急性期即介入,对于改善风寒型面瘫患者的症状和体征,取得了确切疗效。文章分析并总结了导师临床治疗心得,以期能为各位医疗界同行提供治疗新思路。Salt-separated moxibustion is widely used in clinic,but there are few reports on the treatment of facial paralysis.Clinical treatment of facial paralysis patients with electro-acupuncture combined with facial massage,with the effect of promoting blood circulation and dredging channels and tendons.Professor Wang Yanfeng applied salt-separated moxibustion at temple combined with common acupuncture therapy to improve the symptoms and signs of patients with facial paralysis of wind-cold type.This article analyzes and summarizes the clinical treatment experience of the tutor,with a view to providing new ideas for the treatment of medical colleagues.
