肝癌肝切除围术期的规范化营养药物治疗服务模式的研究

摘　　要：目的:在接受肝切除的肝癌患者中,围术期的营养支持对于患者的预后起着至关重要的作用,有必要建立在临床药师指导下的肝癌肝切除围术期营养治疗服务模式。方法:针对肝癌肝切除患者进行了队列研究,对于临床药师管理的肝癌肝切除围术期营养治疗的用药效果以及最终收益进行评估比较。结果:在药师监护下,肝癌肝切除围术期规范化营养药物治疗模式,用药方案较传统的经验性治疗模式有着良好的临床效益与经济学收益,患者并发症更少,病状更轻,住院费用及药费更低,且该药学服务模式具有良好的卫生经济学收益。结论:肝癌肝切除围术期规范化营养治疗模式有着良好的临床及经济学收益,可推广至更多病种予以实践验证。Objective:Clinical nutrition plays an important role in the recovery of perioperative period of hepatic resection surgery.Clinical pharmacists established a standardized clinical nutrition therapy procedure to ensure the proper use of clinical nutrition therapy.Methods:A cohort study was performed to evaluate the benefit of standardized nutrition medication therapy procedure.Results:The results of this study indicated that pharmacist guided standardized nutrition medication therapy procedure have better clinical outcomes in perioperative complications.The economic benefit was superior to those did not receive the standardized nutrition medication therapy procedure.Conclusion:Pharmacist guided standardized nutrition medication therapy procedure during perioperative period of hepatic resection surgery has obvious clinical and economic benefits.We wish to see further verification in different wards.
